This explains what APEX collects through the site and how to contact us about it.
When you ask for a quote or a call, we collect the name, contact method, ZIP or postal code, item description, and any card photos or extra details you choose to submit. If you later provide shipment information, we keep the carrier, tracking number, and receipt status with that request. Staff sign-in uses an essential session cookie. A show signup collects your email address and confirmation status.
We use quote information to evaluate cards, respond to you, discuss an offer or shipment, and keep a record of the decision. We use show signup addresses only for confirmed APEX appearance announcements and the associated reminder. Quote requests do not enroll you in show emails. Our email provider processes messages we send; our hosting provider stores the site, quote records, and uploaded images.
The public selling pages do not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. The staff portal uses a session cookie to keep authorized staff signed in. Hosting and email services may process technical logs such as IP address, browser information, delivery status, and timestamps for security and operation. If APEX adds analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy before using them.
APEX automatically removes quote requests and related photos after 90 days without recorded activity when the offer has not been accepted and no shipment or completed transaction is recorded. Accepted, shipped, and completed-transaction records may be kept longer for fulfillment, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Show subscribers remain on the list until they unsubscribe or ask us to delete their information. You may request access or deletion at any time.
Quote details and photos are kept in a staff-only quote desk and are shared with service providers only to operate the site and send messages. We do not ask you to upload identification, payment-card information, or banking details. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so cover unrelated private information in your photos before uploading. Photos may contain camera location metadata; turn off location tags before uploading if you do not want to share that information.
Email apexcardshq@gmail.com with your quote reference or signup email to request a copy, correction, or deletion. We may verify that you control the address or request before changing a record. Each show announcement includes an unsubscribe link. You may also request removal by email.
